Over the days that lead up to today, we've seen so many beautiful pages come to life but have also heard that some of our new friends are hesitant to add colour to their pages in fear of it looking "ugly". Don't worry about any of that. By the time you've completed the last page in your colouring book, there might already be a new one available to replenish & restock your new positive little habit.

So, forget about perfect pages & use each page to grow a mindful practice where experiments come alive. And, you will have guidance as I go over several colouring pages & show you a gradual progression of what you could create inside your book. Whatever your heart can imagine will be possible to come to life on your pages.
Use the hand drawn illustrations to bring those creative hands together & explore the possibilities no seasoned artist could ever come up with. Imagine yourself to be Picasso with no care in the world if anyone likes it or not & simply create to your hearts content by playing as if you are a child who is discovering the dining room wall with a crayon in hand...
And if you cannot find it within yourself to mess up a page, why not try to doodle in the margins of your diary by using highlighters or the kids colouring pencils for now. All you need to do is dip your toes into the world of colour, creativity & mindfulness to explore what appears in that little empty corner of a page. It's the perfect thing to reconnect with yourself.
So, grab your colouring pencils, water brushes, or any creative tools you love, set aside a few moments each day & fully immerse yourself in this experience. I know it sounds like we are about to watch a sequel with all our favourite shows all lined up to binge watch & you can surely do it that way but you can also watch the first 20 days at your own pace, making sure to savour each moment.
This journey is about more than just having a little creative outlet - it’s about giving yourself the gift of presence & mindful relaxation.
Each video is designed to guide you into a peaceful, meditative space where creativity flourishes, stress melts away & you find rest for your brain.
