Returns Policy of Physical Products:
We do not refund for change of mind, opened packages or damaged goods!
To receive a 50% refund the package must be returned within 7 days of the original delivery date. It must remain sealed in it's original packaging & must be unopened. All postage for returns to our address is the buyer's responsibility.
All customized items sales are final with a "no returns or refunds" policy.

If you experience delays or issues with your digital purchase, please check all your email folders, including promotions, socials & other hidden folders, page access or logins to locate the downloadable items.
If you have any unresolved digital product download problems, please reply to the confirmation email you received from us.
